At Integrity Claims Solutions, we put time back in your hands because Quality of Life matters. With over 20 years of experience in the Construction, Project Management and Insurance Industry, we know all facets of the claims handling process. No claim is too big or small for us, with experience in Mitigation/Abatement/Remediation, Residential and Commercial Claims Management, including Exterior and Interior Losses. Our services are available in any state of the nation and we take pride in our part of restoring homes to pre-loss condition. Our proven strategic process in claims resolution is evident with many claims settling in three weeks.
We partner with Contractors and Organizations that service Insurance Claims. As part of your team, we assist in training best practices for documenting the loss, supplementation processes and what to expect every step of the way. We even assist in identifying missed damage or items not included on the Insurance scope. Together, we make Insurance Restoration less tedious by taking the stress out of your hands.

Estimating
We provide estimating services for Contractors, Homeowners, Appraisers and Public Adjusters. Utilizing Best Ethical Practices and Xactimate, estimates are written with the photo documentation and details you provide. All Estimates can be reviewed and revised prior to a Final Draft. Customized reporting is available upon request.
With over 20 years in the Construction and Insurance Industry, we know what it takes to build your next winning estimate. Our Extensive knowledge of Residential, Commercial, Farm and Ranch, Residential Large Loss to include interior fire and water damage we can accomodate any request for your estimate. We are well versed in all types of roofing and siding materials. Code related documentation can also be provided.

Supplementation
Supplementing is the most critical step in the claims process.
Our Extensive knowledge of Residential, Commercial, Farm and Ranch, Residential Large Loss to include interior fire and water damage we can accomodate any request for your estimate. We are well versed in all types of roofing and siding materials.
All documentation is thoroughly reviewed for accuracy to include Initial Scope, Photos and Measurements. Utilizing Xactimate, an estimate is written in according to the documents received and Best Ethical Practices. Wasting time is not something we pursue, so we avoid adding unnecessary “fluff” and get right down to business. We strategically assemble our Supplemental Package and submit to the Insurance Carrier for review.
Occasionally, we may need additional details from our Contractors to keep the claim moving. A detailed request will be provided to prevent lengthy delays and we are always available to answer your questions.
With our approach to claims handling, we provide a typical turn time of less than four weeks. We will keep you informed each step of the way so you can inform your client of the ongoing progress.
